Are these new or used?
Second-hand. We tell you the condition and specification of each machine before you decide.
Who supplies the hardware?
Raj Infotech, a hardware dealer and existing Digital Safalta client. Digital Safalta finds and assists buyers.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the item. Ask us and we will confirm the terms in writing before you buy.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. An online payment option is planned. Until then we confirm orders over WhatsApp or phone.
Can you supply in bulk for my office?
Yes, tell us how many machines you need and what they will be used for, and we will share options.
